1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ThaiFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ThaiFlow is a language-learning application that provides Thai language instruction through short video content, interactive word definitions, and spaced-repetition flashcards.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

ThaiFlow offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly and yearly) through the Apple App Store. Key details:

All plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content and Data

Your learning progress (words added, flashcard history) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ThaiFlow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, or publicly display App content.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
